A LITTLE MOREEEE RACHANA
I've designed buildings, software, and a course for teenagers. 9 industries later, the job hasn't changed: take something tangled and make it obvious.

The Things I Love

Sr. UX/UI Designer
Designing across web and mobile for a sports and fitness platform, athletes on one side, coaches on the other.
Building reusable components into the design system as the product grows.
First-draft screens now take under 30 minutes instead of four hours. The recovered time goes into error states and edge cases.
Mapped enrollment, registration and documentation workflows for 1,000+ international students across 4+ departments.
Built an AI advisor on Claude's API, prompts and build my own, that shows its reasoning instead of just answering.
Cut a 18 minute task to 7, and replaced 300+ emails a semester.
Moved dispatch for 12,000+ field engineers off four WhatsApp groups into structured work orders. 4.5 minutes off every job, errors down 75%.
Designed L&T Finance's lending platform from nothing. A regional manager's Monday review went from 3.5 hours to under 90 seconds.
Two clients, two industries, six months.
Took a classroom course online. 20 seats at $960 to 500 students at $180.
Designed 37 topics into 10 modules on one repeating structure, 111 pieces in four months with one other person.
61% finished the course, against a 22% category benchmark.
Redesigned an HRMS portal for 200+ employees, handed off at hi-fi spec.
Replaced 2 third party tools, around $18K a year in licensing.
Ran a 24 hour designathon across designers and developers.
Built and owned a design system across 4 live products at once, 60+ components from scratch.
Design rework dropped around 30%, satisfaction rose 25%.
Four products, one language, no one else maintaining it.
